What’s the difference between Routine, Rush, and Same-Day service?

ROUTINE SERVICE means our Process Server will make the first attempt within 3 business days of receiving the documents for service of process in California.

– This fee applies to one address only.
– Each additional address requires a new fee.
– Applies to:
– Small Claims Court Orders
– Summons & Complaints / Petitions
– Application for Order & Appearance (Debtor’s Examination)
– Judgment Renewal
– Subpoenas (additional witness fees may apply)
– Memorandum of Costs (Personal Service)
– Zone surcharges may apply based on location

RUSH SERVICE means our Process Server will make the first attempt on the next business day after receiving the documents for service of process in California.

SAME-DAY SERVICE applies when a service attempt is required on the same day, either:
– When the order is placed after our daily cutoff time, or
– When service must be attempted within a few hours of placement.
